Do You Ever

By Shelly | August 10, 2008

Just let yourself become paralyzed with fear and self-loathing? That’s where I have been living for the past few months.  I’ve been dealing with a lot of personal stuff that feels like my own personal Bermuda Triangle.  I have let everything that brings me joy in my life fall to the wayside…my friends, family, hobbies — you name it I have shied away.  It’s been really difficult to make the 180 turn. But slowly I think I am getting there.  I actually read a book all the way through!! It’s been months since I have been able to start a book and finish it.

So in the next day or so I will be reviewing Mike Carey’s The Devil You Know. I’m also going to be checking my links here on the site so if you stumble across a bad link, please don’t hesitate to leave a comment or to contact me through the contact page!

There you are!! I was just here the other day wondering where you’d been.

I have been where you are, it is NOT fun. Mine comes from living in a country other than my own and the frustration hat comes along with that. I shift in and out of it multiple times every year :/

Glad to see you back! Let us now what you think of the book )

Oh I’m so glad you’re back!

I’m really sorry to hear you’ve been having a hard time, but hopefully things are getting better for you now.
